Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. Company and phone are optional. Please share only information needed for your request. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal records.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your inquiry, ask necessary follow-up questions, prepare a requested proposal and manage related service or project communication. A form submission is not a marketing subscription. We do not sell inquiry details.
Service providers and security
Our hosting and email providers process technical and communication data needed to operate this website and deliver messages. Server logs can include IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps. The inquiry form uses an essential, temporary security session, request validation and rate limits. No advertising or analytics trackers are installed on these pages.
How long we keep information
We retain ordinary inquiry correspondence for up to 12 months after the inquiry is completed, unless a shorter period is appropriate or longer retention is required for a continuing service, a legal obligation or a dispute. Contract and accounting records are handled separately under applicable requirements. Our team reviews and removes records; deletion is not an automatic timer.
Your choices
To correct, update or request deletion of your contact details, email occasions@convidando.com. Our team answers these requests and may ask for enough information to verify that the records belong to you. Tell us if you prefer to stop email communication; we will explain any practical alternative available for your request.
Email and marketing
Submitting a form on this website does not subscribe you to marketing. We use the address for your request and its related service conversation. Read Service emails for the types of messages you may receive.
